A Child's Garden Montessori is a Montessori Preschool on Vashon Island, WA
Welcome to our school! Here children will learn independence, inquiry, and discovery in a prepared environment. Using carefully designed materials, the children will build their senses and skills in language, practical life, math, geography, history, science, music and art.
The school is conveniently located near town and minutes from the North-end ferry, set amidst a playscape of bountiful gardens. Our animals are an important part of our daily rhythm, as well. The children enjoy caring for the chickens, ducks, rabbit, babydoll sheep and mini goats.
2011 - 2012 Schedule and Enrollment Information
The school enrolls children ages 2 1/2 through 6. This year we have a variety of schedule options to match your family's needs. Our morning session will welcome children three or five mornings per week. Our new afternoon session will meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We currently have a few spaces for the 2011-2012 school year. Please email or give us a call to arrange a visit. 
Morning Session
- Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 1:00PM
- 3 day or 5 day option
Afternoon Session
- Tuesday-Thursday 12:30PM to 3:30PM
Tuition
- 5 mornings/week: $400 per month
- 3 mornings/week: $300 per month
- 3 afternoons/week: $250 per month
Tuition committment is for the entire school year. It is payable in equal monthly installments from September through June, or you may opt to pay for the full year at once for a 10% discount. Sibling and multi-session discounts are also available.
The school calendar follows the Vashon Island School District calendar for holidays and cancellations.
