About Heather

I have been working in Montessori classrooms since 1993, and an AMI Certified Montessori Guide since 1997.  I have worked at Montessori schools in Portland, Oregon; Amsterdam, The Netherlands; and Brussels, Belgium.

Our family has lived on Vashon for 4 years. I have three children, ages 10, 5, and a baby.  My son attended Montessori schools in three countries, and my oldest daughter is now a student of mine.

The school continues my lifelong love for observing and nurturing the unique strengths of all children.
